Call for single spectra of Streptococcus equi with checked subspecies status

Call from CVUA Stuttgart (CVUAS); initiated by Jörg Rau:
We are looking for Bruker MALDI system compatible spectra.

Our goal:
Validation of the actual database, on species and subspecies level according to the Guidelines for validating using MALDI-TOF-MS (BVL) [see Tools/Validation]

Your benefit:

  • Your spectra will be listed in MALDI-UP
  • For exchange, we offer msp from our own CVUAS collection
  • We will publish the validation report(s) on MALDI-UP
